With Trainer Plus - Client Tracking, users can browse their workout programs and view the details of each exercise, including sets, reps, and weights. The app also provides guidance through supersets, rest times, and trainer notes. Users can track their progress by recording their sets and giving feedback on the difficulty of each exercise.

The app features over 1300 exercises in its database, along with demonstration videos, pictures, and written instructions for proper setup, execution, and safety. Users can also view their workout history, including completed workouts, sets, reps, and weights with feedback. Additionally, the app allows users to track assessments and compare past results to monitor their progress.

Trainer Plus - Client Tracking provides notifications for trainers when workouts are completed and for clients when programs are updated. Users can also access a client list, search for specific clients, and view relevant program information and follow-up dates.

Please note that users must have a trainer invite and program assigned to them in order to use the app for tracking. The app does not allow users to build programs, but only to track already assigned programs.

For users who are not trainers, the Trainer Plus platform also offers the ExerGuide app, a free library of exercises and workouts that can be used to browse, favorite, or create a list to request a program from a trainer.
